Application and Integration Architect

Job Summary
Architects enterprise-scale application and data integration solutions, sets design standards across databases, integration platforms and BI services; designs architectures, schemas, and data governance; translates business and technical needs into architectures; leads development teams and guides SDLC processes; focuses on performance, security, and quality, and ensures regulatory compliance (ABAC policy alignment); requires Master’s degree and 8+ years IT experience with hands-on expertise in Tibco/Mulesoft, UML modelling, Archimate, TOGAF, cloud and on-premises integration, and enterprise-wide deployment in either public sector or EU environments. The role is an on-site Poland-based opportunity, with CV in English.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree
- Minimum 8 years IT professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Excellent technical knowledge of integration platforms (Tibco or Mulesoft), SOA, databases, application servers, middleware, web applications, cloud integration patterns, BI concepts, systems integration, SDLC
- Experience with UML design
- Proficiency with Sparx Enterprise Architect or Aris Architect
- Experience with Archimate modelling
- Familiarity with TOGAF, Zachman, Azure Well-Architected framework or similar
- DevSecOps approach
- At least 2 certifications among: Iasa Architect CITA-A, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Data Fundamentals, TIBCO Certified Associate, Certified SOA Architect, Microsoft 365 Certified Endpoint Administrator Associate
- English language proficiency at level B2 or higher
- Ability to lead enterprise-wide integration platform deployment
- Public sector/EU agencies experience preferred
- Poland on-site role
