Application and Data Engineer

The Application & Data Engineer role focuses on supporting enterprise system development, data integration, and project implementation to ensure reliable, scalable business applications supporting production, logistics, and operational processes. Responsibilities include system development and implementation, requirements gathering with internal/external stakeholders, designing technical specifications, developing/testing/validating application functionality, participating in SIT and UAT, assisting with external integrations and production deployments, providing post-implementation support, maintaining system stability for warehouse and shipping operations, supporting MES and related manufacturing systems, performing system upgrades/releases, acting as a liaison between business operations and development teams, configuring/maintaining production workstations, and providing basic IT infrastructure support (servers, networks, Windows Server and IIS). Required skills include strong data modeling and ETL, proficiency with MS SQL Server and/or Oracle, experience with SQL, and the ability to work across systems and networks with strong communication and collaboration; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
