Application Analyst

Job Summary
Analyze, design, document, and implement new applications while coordinating enhancements for existing systems. Act as Tier 2/Tier 3 support for assigned applications such as CRM, WMS, eCommerce, and HRIS, performing configuration changes, minor enhancements, and defect remediation. Troubleshoot and document incidents to recommend solutions and initiate corrective actions throughout the incident lifecycle. Administer and configure NetSuite, including roles/permissions, custom fields, forms, saved searches, workflows, SuiteAnalytics, and dashboards. Work with cross-functional teams to build and maintain process-flow documentation, participate in projects as a team member or leader, and provide technical advice on risk analysis and change control. Deliver elevated support to customers and teams by completing work in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (3 – 5 years) preferred
- Experience managing SaaS/PaaS applications preferred
- Experience working with CRM/ERP software, NetSuite strongly preferred
- Experience working in a cloud infrastructure preferred
- Experience with code development desired
