Application Analyst - SAP FICO/OneStream

Job Summary
Design and configure business systems, upgrades, and improvements for assigned technology platforms while estimating impact and guiding workflow design. Troubleshoot application issues, resolve cross-team impacts, and provide end-user production support through issue tracking systems. Build and test system changes, conduct training, create technical documentation, and liaise with stakeholders and vendors to align business needs with delivery. Review project status, develop new processes, and proactively identify workflow improvements. Work nights and weekends as needed, travel between local locations, and adapt to changing business requirements in a cross-functional environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in related field as outlined in the essential duties; or High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of relevant experience as outlined in the essential duties in lieu of Bachelor's Degree
- 3+ years of experience developing or configuring technology solutions, either in an application analyst or project delivery role
- Demonstrated ability to understand industry best practices
- Strong computer skills to include internet navigation and email usage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends, as needed
- Ability to work on a computer and phone simultaneously
- Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 90% of a typical working day
- Ability and means to travel between local company locations
Desired Qualifications
- Hands-on experience supporting and configuring OneStream is strongly preferred
- Experience configuring business systems software in a life sciences, health care, or related industry
- Solid understanding of Plan-to-Report processes and related SAP functionality (FI-CO, FI-AA, AR, Revenue, Treasury/BCM/EBS)
- 1+ SAP implementation supporting FI-CO, plus experience supporting SAP end-users post-go-live
- Experience with SAP HANA 2023 and Fiori, with working knowledge of FI-CO configuration and integration points to SD, PP and MM
- Experience working within Accounting or FP&A
- Hands-on experience with OneStream – implementation or ongoing support
- Experience with other finance/reporting tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud) a plus
