Job Summary
Conduct systems analysis, design, and implementation for Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including testing, validation, and integration projects. Evaluate business processes to develop innovative solutions that optimize end-to-end operations and enhance user experience. Resolve customer software issues, respond to enhancement requests, and provide software quality assurance while ensuring regulatory compliance. Translate technical insights for non-technical stakeholders, manage small-to-mid-sized projects, and participate in data governance and reference data management. May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support. Functions as a liaison between clinical, business, and technical areas to support the Office of Administrative System Transformation (OAST) goals.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to live within 100 miles of one of our main sites, Jacksonville, FL; Scottsdale, AZ or Rochester, MN within 12 months of starting the position
- Relocation assistance is available
- Possesses ability to logically translate and disseminate technology insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Builds credibility and rapport with customers to understand their needs
- Manages small- to mid-sized projects
- May be required to provide 24/7 on-call support
