Job Summary
Conduct complex qualitative and quantitative analysis on data collected during application requirement gathering. Gather requirements, perform fit gap analysis, and design technical solutions that meet customer specifications. Design, validate, and confirm new functionality while troubleshooting integrated systems and implementing small to medium projects. Create and maintain test scripts for user acceptance testing, serving as the application subject matter expert and liaison between end users and technical support. Provide on-call support 24/7, monitor queues and event logs, and create ad hoc reports per user specifications.
Required Qualifications
- 6-10 years' experience
- Experience with FDB or Medispan
- Experience with Omnicell or Pyxis
- Pharmacy or clinical background
- Familiarity with med load and willow inpatient charging, including updates for hcpcs, medication costs and regulatory modifiers
- Strong technical and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented
- High School/GED
- Application specific certification/proficiency within 90 days of hire if applicable

- Decision Support experience
- Epic Willow Certification
- Certified Pharm Tech
- Healthcare experience in hospital, medical practice, or health system
