Job Summary
Troubleshoot, research, and resolve application issues while managing Microsoft Power Platform and M365 environments. Partner with business leaders to assess requirements, plan feature implementations, and optimize application performance, security, and reliability. Provide expert administration, write custom reports, and create technical documentation to facilitate adoption. Lead by example during on-call rotations for critical systems and mentor support resources. Present solution evaluations to senior management and drive standardization across global IT functions. This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Technology, or Business
- 8 years of relevant work experience
- 3 years of experience in application support/analyst role
- Demonstrated experience in supporting and maintaining enterprise-level applications
- Knowledge of help desk ticketing software, preferably ServiceNow
- Experience troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance in a cloud environment
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Power Platform and M365 applications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with ITIL v3 or related service delivery frameworks
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management as a team member experience
- Knowledge of Business Intelligence reporting
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle
- Exceptional verbal and written communication
- Critical thinking skills
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
