Job Summary
Review system requirements, test, debug, and implement software solutions while executing test plans and performing quality assurance activities. Provide ongoing support for applications by identifying and resolving issues, train end users, and develop documentation. Run reports, update tables, and manage the software environment through regular team meetings. Partner with hospital departments, vendors, and Information Systems teams to support maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, while leading and coordinating small-to-medium projects.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems
- 2–3 years of experience in the development, support, or operation of software applications
- Monday–Friday Eastern business hours
- Hybrid onsite flexible work model, including 1–2 onsite office days per week
- Stable, secure, quiet, and compliant workstation for remote workdays
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and other common office productivity solutions
Desired Qualifications
- If utilizing Epic, ability to obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements
