Application Analyst II: ECS Staging

Job Summary
Communicate with internal and external customers to collect applicable data and database information, while providing remote assistance via Bomgar, Webex, or Smarttech. Complete and ship all equipment list requests daily with urgency, and transport data to the backup DR site as needed. Administer the SFTP site and assemble NAS devices, ensuring all policy and procedures are followed to maintain data security. Interact with Project Managers, CRMs, vendors, and internal product groups to support high-risk secure financial data conversion projects. Requires a valid driver's license for weekly rotation travel up to 20% to the Branson data center, along with at least one year of technical troubleshooting experience and six months of customer service background.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or troubleshooting environment using general Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, Teams and Outlook
- At least 6 months of customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Willingness to travel up to 20% to and from Springfield to the Branson data center
- Must be able to remain organized, prioritize, and execute assigned tasks self-sufficiently
- Project Management skills
- Must be able to handle every data set with care
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
Desired Qualifications
- A+, Security+, Network+ or equivalent certifications
- Knowledge of Virtual Environments
