Job Summary
Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues within the assigned NMHC distributed system IS environment while maintaining Customer Service Level Agreements. Execute project tasks, support system upgrades, and integrate end user requests with software functionality. Demonstrate diagnostic expertise for problem determination, analyze application build recommendations, and contribute to technical documentation and architecture diagrams. Participate in on-call rotation to ensure seamless system operations.
