Job Summary
Support the build, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Epic Cadence by collaborating with operational and clinical teams to improve scheduling workflows and patient access. Configure provider templates, appointment types, scheduling rules, and department settings while analyzing system performance and user feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Troubleshoot application issues, support upgrades and implementations, perform testing and validation for system changes, and develop workflow documentation. Provide go-live and ongoing end-user support for Epic scheduling systems. 100% remote role for an experienced analyst with Epic Cadence certification and 3+ years of experience supporting implementations and optimization initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Epic Cadence Certification required
- 3+ years of Epic application analyst experience
- Experience supporting Epic implementations, upgrades, or optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of patient access, ambulatory scheduling, and healthcare operations
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with system testing and workflow design
