Job Summary
Monitor and manage the support queue to resolve incidents, service requests, and user queries within agreed SLAs while keeping users informed. Maintain system administration activities including user access management and data integrity, and support key integrations for employee onboarding and valuation processes. Collaborate with the wider Applications team on system testing, configuration changes, releases, and continuous service improvement initiatives. Build relationships with business users to enhance system adoption and maintain accurate documentation of support procedures and operational processes.

- Must be available for hybrid working
- Must be based in Cheltenham
- Must be able to complete pre-employment vetting as outlined by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Intelliflo Office
- Experience supporting or administrating Intelliflo Office
- Knowledge of Document Designer (Intelliflo Office)
- Experience of working within Financial Services
- Experience supporting business system implementation or change initiatives
- Basic database knowledge and reporting experience
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate
- Awareness of RPA and AI technologies and their business application
- Experience supporting system integrations and third-party applications
