Job Summary
Manage daily operations of core (FIS IBS) and mobile (NCR Voyix) banking applications to ensure system stability, security, and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by collaborating with internal teams and vendors, while leading integration efforts with third-party systems to identify automation opportunities. Monitor vendor updates, implement changes, and provide internal training and documentation to ensure seamless adoption. Maintain and optimize user access controls, security permissions, and application configurations. Coordinate vendor relationships, including SLAs, contract renewals, and escalated issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 3–5 years of experience administering enterprise applications
- Direct exposure to core banking systems (FIS IBS)
- Direct exposure to digital platforms (e.g., NCR Voyix)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage high-impact projects independently
- Technical proficiency in system administration
- Technical proficiency in integrations
- Technical proficiency in access controls
- Technical proficiency in performance monitoring
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to translate complex technical issues for non-technical audiences
- Detail-oriented, process-driven mindset
