Job Summary
Act as the primary contact for colleagues regarding questions, issues, or requests concerning applications and systems. Support users by delivering training or explanations to ensure optimal system usage. Monitor and manage incidents, problems, and changes, resolving them independently or escalating to specialists. Maintain an overview of the application landscape and ensure documentation remains current. Coordinate small improvement projects and collaborate on IT environment renewals. Liaise with vendors to monitor agreements and service levels. Requires minimum two years of experience as an Application Manager or Functional Manager, proficiency in ITIL or Scrum, and familiarity with AFAS or SQL. Full-time position in Rotterdam.

- Minimaal twee jaar ervaring als Applicatiemanager, Functioneel Beheerder of in een vergelijkbare rol
- Servicegericht
- Communicatief vaardig

- Gestructureerde werkwijze
- Goed in het bewaren van overzicht
- Zelfstandig kunnen werken
- Graag samenwerken binnen een team
- Bekend met methodieken zoals ITIL, BISL, Lean of Scrum
