Job Summary
3 elementary school building-level teacher leaders (stipend position) will join the school leadership team to help drive school improvement, culture, and collaborative planning. Responsibilities include leading CLT/PLC-type activities, organizing assessments and data, planning professional development, communicating progress to administrators and teams, and participating in district equity initiatives. Candidates should demonstrate leadership abilities, a commitment to equitable instructional practices, and the ability to facilitate small groups and collaborative planning while engaging in ongoing professional growth. Availability for on-site August and October trainings and the district equity collaborative is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License
- Demonstrates strong leadership and collaboration skills for school improvement
- Experience with PLCs/CLTs and district-level equity initiatives
- Strong instructional practice knowledge and ability to share best teaching strategies
- Proficiency with Google Apps for Education and Canvas
