Job Summary
Three Elementary School Building Level Teacher Leader roles available for the 2026-2027 school year at Tumalo Community School (Stipend/Extra-Duty). Leaders will serve on the principal’s school leadership team, help shape school culture, collaboratively plan and lead CLT meetings, share best teaching practices, contribute to systemic school improvements, participate in equity and curriculum initiatives, and attend on-site trainings in August and October. Roles emphasize leadership in instructional practices, collaboration with colleagues and district teams, data-informed decision making, and engagement in district equity initiatives. The compensation is structured as a stipend with on-site training days and additional leadership duties, begins in October payoff schedule, and requires a valid Oregon Teaching License.
