Job Summary
Lead elementary-grade teacher leaders as part of the school leadership team to drive CLT planning, data-driven instruction, equity initiatives, and school performance goals. Responsibilities include facilitating CLT meetings, modeling best instructional practices, supporting PLCs and PD planning, communicating with stakeholders, and participating in district equity initiatives. Requires holding a valid Oregon Teaching License and willingness to attend on-site trainings and district events.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License.
