Job Summary
Three elementary school teacher-leader roles within Lynch Elementary are being filled to support the principal and building teams. Leads will join the school leadership team, help plan and lead CLT meetings, share best teaching practices, contribute to school improvement efforts, participate in equity initiatives, and attend on-site trainings in August and October, with district-wide collaboration and data reporting to the administrator. Optional opportunities may include trainings with sub release time and involvement in district equity initiatives. Responsibilities emphasize leadership, collaboration, instructional support, data-driven planning, and engagement with school-wide initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License
