General teacher leader positions for the 2026-2027 school year, serving on the principal’s leadership team to cultivate a positive school culture and support CLT planning, data-driven improvement, and collaborative professional growth. Responsibilities include leading school-based meetings, sharing best instructional practices, facilitating leadership development opportunities, communicating progress to administrators and stakeholders, attending district trainings, and participating in equity initiatives. Optional opportunities may include trainings with release time. Required collaboration with the principal and building teams, and a strong commitment to equitable practices and professional reflection.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License.
