Job Summary
Three building-level teacher leader positions for the 2026-2027 school year at Hugh Hartman Elementary School. Duties include serving on the principal’s leadership team, leading CLT meetings, facilitating PLCs, planning and supporting PD, data assessment and school performance tracking, implementing equity-focused practices, communicating with stakeholders, and participating in district equity initiatives. Availability for on-site trainings in August and October is required, with additional district-level meetings and responsibilities beyond the regular contract day. Optional opportunities for sub-release trainings may be offered.
Required Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Oregon Teaching License
