Job Summary
Diagnose and repair appliances and equipment for customers or resale in the Auburn shop, providing cost estimates and collecting payment for work performed. Safely lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and 100 pounds occasionally while utilizing technical, mechanical, and electrical skills, with refrigeration proficiency preferred. Navigate internet-based websites and parts diagrams to support efficient maintenance. Cross-train in related positions as needed. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Proficiency to navigate internet based websites and parts diagrams
- The ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 100 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance, and the physical ability to perform strenuous work under varied circumstances
- Good technical, mechanical and electrical skills
