Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and assist customers in identifying products that meet their needs. Educate clients on features, benefits, and value propositions while managing the full sales cycle from initial contact to post-purchase follow-up. Accurately process transactions, maintain detailed records, and ensure the sales floor remains organized and well-stocked. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Work weekends as a part-time role with pay starting at $600 per week.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Weekends required
Desired Qualifications
- Retail Appliance Sales Specialist experience preferred
