Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, assist customers in selecting appliances that meet their needs, and educate them on product features and value propositions. Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing the sale and post-purchase follow-up, while accurately processing transactions and maintaining detailed records. Ensure the sales floor remains organized, visually appealing, and well-stocked. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics. Handle lifting up to 50+ pounds and perform basic retail math calculations. Full-time role with weekends required.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, with at least 2 years of hands-on, full-cycle sales experience
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with retail math and ability to perform basic calculations
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Must be capable of moving appliances up to 50+ pounds with the appropriate assistance
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and the ability to adjust focus
- Weekends required
