Job Summary
Diagnose and repair appliances, with a primary focus on washers and dryers. Install appliances and connect to existing power and water systems. Identify and select appropriate parts from inventory for repairs. Perform repairs to bring appliances back to full working condition. Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service activity. Maintain tools and equipment in safe, working condition. Support inventory tracking and ordering of necessary parts. Participate in ongoing training to expand your skillset. Valid driver's license and vehicle required for travel between properties. Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily. Full-time position with $30/hour plus $500 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days. Background check, drug screening, and employment verification required for all offers.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of appliance repair experience (diagnostics + hands-on repair)
- Strong troubleshooting skills, especially with washers and dryers
- Valid driver's license + vehicle (required for travel between properties)
- Ability to safely lift up to 75 lbs and perform physical work daily
- Basic tools and knowledge of safe tool usage
- Background check
