Appliance Repair Technician

Job Summary
We are looking for an Appliance Repair Technician with outstanding customer service skills who will meet with customers and ensure a differentiated service experience. Key responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing major appliances, providing service estimates, driving company vehicles safely, and consistently delivering a 5 Star customer experience. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a pre-employment background check. Prior experience in appliance repair or related fields and willingness to learn are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be enthusiastic and customer service-focused
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services
- Willingness to learn and develop skills
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver’s license check
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (bi-lingual is always a plus)
- Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in appliance repair, HVAC, electrical, or related fields
- EPA 608 Type 1 Certification
- Sealed System Repair Experience
- Propane and Natural Gas License
