Job Summary
Outlet Sales Specialist responsible for driving sales of outlet, display, open-box, and clearance merchandise. Manages the outlet inventory lifecycle from product intake to pricing, merchandising listings, sale, and disposition. Creates online listings and marketing for outlet inventory, coordinates with showroom and warehouse teams, maintains accurate inventory records, and delivers an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through final sale and pickup/delivery. Seeks sales opportunities, builds customer relationships, and collaborates with showroom, logistics, and operations to ensure inventory is properly managed and sold in a timely and profitable manner.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in sales, customer service, and operations/inventory management
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, inventory systems, and online product listings
