Job Summary
Diagnose and repair a wide range of residential appliances (washers, dryers, refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, etc.) and HVAC PTAC units; manage service calls and daily workloads independently; communicate professionally with customers regarding diagnoses and recommendations; research and order parts; complete service documentation via dispatch software and maintain communication with office staff.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of residential appliance repair experience (required).
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with major brands such as Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, GE, and Frigidaire (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and pass a background check.
