Appliance Loader position requiring physical labor, customer service skills, and proficiency with mobile devices. Applicants should have a high school diploma and be able to work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license preferred, with a good driving record / motor vehicle report
- Able to lift 75 lbs. or more and maneuver load safely
- Able to bend, stoop, and reach
- Able to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Exercises good judgment and maintains safety at all times
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance
- Proficiency with mobile devices GPS and related mapping applications
- Able to communicate with technical and non-technical individuals
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Able to learn and work with new technology (e.g. handheld data devices)
- Able to work in very fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and customers
- Knowledge and understanding of safe material handling
Desired Qualifications
- 1 year furniture or appliance delivery or loading and unloading
- 2-3 years of customer service experience
- Experience with Dispatch and Customer Management Systems/Databases
