Job Summary
Appliance Delivery Helper assists with the delivery, installation, repair and haul-away of appliances and equipment. Deliver experience cadet role includes installation/repair of consumer electronics, determining best routes and space for appliances, removing doors/panels as needed, advising on product placement, managing inventory and paperwork, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires lifting capability, valid driver’s license, and ability to work with a team; offers benefits and growth within Best Buy.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months of customer service, sales, installation, or large product delivery experience
- Current, valid driver’s license
- Have and maintain a driving record that meets Best Buy’s safety standards
- Ability to lift 350 pounds individually or 700 pounds as a team with the use of support tools such as a harness, dolly or lift with or without reasonable accommodation
- Be at least 21 years old
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of being hired
