Job Summary
Train associates on proper installation procedures, consult with customers at job sites, and order parts to maintain inventory. Perform quality checks on installation work, record and report faults, and manage installation-related issues by providing solutions. Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans, install or replace machinery and appliances, and fulfill driver duties including route completion. Maintain a valid DOT Medical card and driver's license while ensuring proper installation practices are used.
Required Qualifications
- Prior high end custom appliance installation experience
- Valid state issued license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must currently, have, acquire, and/or maintain a valid DOT Medical card
- Must have great mechanical skills
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent time management
- Organizational skills
- Leadership
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
