Job Summary
Provide on-site Mac IT support for Apple devices within a private enterprise IT environment. Responsibilities include on-site Mac support, Jamf/Munki-based endpoint administration, software deployment, device management, troubleshooting hardware/software/network issues, supporting macOS and iOS devices, configuring and maintaining Mac workstations, managing endpoint security and asset tracking, provisioning and lifecycle management, and documenting procedures. Utilize Jamf, Munki, Puppet, and MDM platforms; assist with patching and rollouts; support remote and on-site end users including executives; create knowledge-base resources; train users on Apple technologies; participate in process improvements; collaborate with a collaborative team and grow Apple enterprise expertise.
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting macOS environments and Apple devices in a professional or enterprise environment
- Hands-on experience with Jamf, Munki, Puppet, or similar endpoint management tools
- Knowledge of Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience supporting Apple hardware and iOS devices
- Familiarity with device deployment, endpoint security, and asset management
- Basic scripting experience with Bash, Python, AppleScript, or similar tools is a plus
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, VPNs, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and security best practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
