Job Summary
Senior Appian Developer Consultant to provide integrated architecture support for delivery teams and act as trusted advisor to clients. Lead implementation teams through complex Appian solutions, guide architecture design, configuration management, and DevSecOps initiatives, and create best practices and knowledge base articles for internal enablement. Mentorship and enablement of resources; collaborate with architects and delivery teams to ensure scalable, high-performance solutions. Requires 3+ years Appian experience, 5+ years IT, a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), Active Appian Senior/Lead Certification, Agile delivery experience, strong communication, and an Active Secret clearance. Travel 0-15% for client meetings.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts
- Active Secret security clearance required
- Must be willing to travel (0-15%) for client meetings as needed
