Job Summary
Senior Appian Developer Consultant who leads implementation teams through complex Appian-based solutions, mentors delivery teams, guides architecture and DevSecOps practices, and drives scalable, high-performance designs for federal government clients. Strong Appian design and integration capabilities, Agile delivery, and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly are essential; travel up to 15% may be required. Office location in McLean, VA with multiple remote opportunities nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience with Appian solutions
- 5+ years of related IT experience
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- Active Appian Senior or Lead Certification
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work in a high-paced environment, multi-task and work both independently and as a team
- US Citizenship required
