Job Summary
Appian Lead Product Engineer/Architect with 15+ years of hands-on Appian experience, responsible for leading Appian architecture, environment management, and solution design. The role requires deep knowledge of Appian components (Records, Data Fabric/CDTs, SAIL, Process Models, Integrations, Plug-ins, RPA & AI features), experience with upgrades, performance tuning, and migration (on-prem to SaaS), and expertise in integration patterns (REST/SOAP, queues, JDBC). Strong focus on SSO/SAML/OIDC, RBAC, identity and platform security, and supporting DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, automation, testing, and monitoring tools. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required. Locations include Tampa and Orlando, FL (US).
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years hands-on Appian experience (Cloud & on-prem)
- Strong knowledge of Appian components: Records, Data Fabric/CDTs, SAIL, Process Models, Integrations, Plug-ins, RPA & AI features
- Experience in upgrades, performance tuning, environment configuration & migration (on-prem to SaaS)
- Solid understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP, queues, JDBC)
- Expertise in SSO, SAML/OIDC, RBAC, identity & platform security
- Support for DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, automation, testing & monitoring tools
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
