Job Summary
Design, build, and evolve high-quality, human-centered applications on the Appian platform by translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions. Implement, support, and enhance enterprise applications autonomously to ensure they remain robust, reliable, and continuously improving. Take ownership of outcomes by deconstructing business problems, anticipating challenges, and proactively seeking opportunities to improve processes. Collaborate closely with business users to gather requirements and facilitate discussions, ensuring the right problems are solved. Apply this work within an agile delivery environment while maintaining strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years' experience developing and maintaining applications
- Exposure to database design and development (e.g., MySQL, SQL Server, MariaDB)
- Mindset and proven ability to continuously learn (and rapidly apply) new technology methods and techniques in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within an agile business and project delivery
- Must provide or complete a National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months
- Ramsay may require a Working-With-Children Check
- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare related environment
- Experience with industry standard tools, such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with automated testing systems
- Experience with automated CI/CD deployment processes
