Job Summary
Hands-on Appian implementation on delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to clients. Provide expert guidance on solution delivery, design and integration of Appian solutions into client architectures. Deliver best practices for complex technical solutions, drive scale and performance, and mentor resources. Responsibilities include hands-on design, development, testing, guidance on design/configuration management/DevSecOps, ensuring scalable solutions, driving process improvements, supporting internal solutions and tools, and enabling client success through mentorship and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Engineering, or related area
- 2+ years of experience in developing Appian solutions
- Preference given to candidates with active Appian Senior or Lead certifications
- Strong experience with Appian delivery using an Agile methodology
- Strong technical design and implementation and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to convey complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner, both verbally and written
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance (preference for active TS)
- Must be local to the DC Metro area and able to report to SCIF
- Experience Working In The Following Technologies Required: Appian RDBMS (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB)
- Web services, Integrations and Middleware (e.g., RESTful/SOAP, Mule/IIB/Fusion)
