Job Summary
Design technical and enterprise solutions while interacting daily with customers to solve challenging business problems and implement innovative ideas. Lead projects, run workshops to break down epics into stories, and guide Appian developers in delivery teams to ensure proper implementation of best practices. Translate business requirements into customized Appian platform solutions by developing modular components for reusability, including complex data stores, SAIL interfaces, and integrations. Perform peer reviews, impact analysis, and performance management to maintain application quality. Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies using JIRA and Confluence on Appian 18+ versions to deliver true value to clients.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related
- 11 ? 14 years of professional experience
- Appian Designer certification
- Minimum of 5+ years, recently working with Appian software development and designing
- Software architecture and SOA services implementation
- Agile / scrum development methodology using JIRA and Confluence
- Working in Appian 18+ versions
- Working creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Consulting or client service delivery
- Specialization in functional area (BPM, deployment, etc.) or industry domain expertise
- Cucumber
