Job Summary
Be the primary consultant on 4 to 6 clients at any time, serving as their main systems expert, business advisor, and driver of process efficiencies. Become an expert on the NetSuite application and work with leaders to deliver client projects. Responsibilities include requirements gathering, design, documentation, implementation, testing, and user training. Ideal candidate has 5-8 years in a professional services/consulting role (ERP/CRM/e-commerce), experience with SAAS/IT/software implementations, familiarity with cloud computing, and strong communication skills. MBA or equivalent work experience required; comfortable working with senior executives and map business requirements to NetSuite functionality.
Required Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent work experience
- 5-8 years in a professional services, functional or technical consulting role preferably in an ERP/CRM/e-commerce space
- Experience in Managing Software As A Service (SAAS), IT, software or specific business model implementations (distribution, manufacturing, retail, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies
- Experience with ERP, CRM, or e-commerce applications, preferably NetSuite
