Job Summary
Apparel Team Lead responsible for directing department associates in merchandising, inventory control, pricing, and customer service. Drives departmental sales and margin goals, staffs the department, coordinates training, prepares schedules, and provides performance feedback. Maintains plan-o-grams, UPC integrity, and executes specials/events; acts as product expert and leads service-oriented teamwork to ensure a legendary customer experience. Requires 2 to 4 years of retail supervisory experience and strong interpersonal/communication skills; proficient with POS and inventory systems; capable of conducting meetings and presentations and interpreting reports.
