Job Summary
Plan and prospect for territory sales in Southwest Texas by conducting consults and fittings with coaches and athletes. Meet and exceed assigned sales goals while providing personalized product solutions and honest feedback on style and fit. Build lasting relationships with customers through local travel to schools, community events, and in-person meetings. Maintain a distraction-free home office environment and generate leads to forecast the sales cycle. Evening and weekend work may be required, with travel primarily local to the region.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business education or related field
- Industry Experience preferred
- Experience in an administrative support role for at least 2 years
- Must be able to lift 15-30 pounds
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs

- Willingness to learn in-depth product construction, technicalities and pricing
