Job Summary
Greet customers, engage them with apparel knowledge, and facilitate their shopping experience through personalized recommendations. Execute in-store visual merchandising by managing signage and displays, while maintaining product flow from receiving areas to the sales floor. Assist with markdown and clearance management, research inventory via database, and requisition merchandise from the stockroom. Tag, hang, and sensor merchandise as needed, and maintain shipping and receiving records. Work varied hours/days as business dictates, standing or moving throughout the store.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to spend work time standing or moving about the departments within the store
- Physical activities include bending, stooping, lifting (up to 15 pounds), carrying, walking and/or reaching on a frequent basis
- Ability to tag, hang, and sensor merchandise
- Have a working knowledge of word-processing, spreadsheet, inventory, internet and order processing systems
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
Desired Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience working in the retail, apparel, or golf industry
- Golf knowledge/background
