Job Summary
Sort donated clothing to determine what meets quality standards, identify and separate higher-value items, organize sellable and unsellable items into appropriate bins, track daily production counts and maintain records, hang and group clothing using a color rotation system, stock or remove clothing from the sales floor as needed, keep work areas clean and safe, support other roles (donation processor, hanger, cashier) as needed, and report theft, safety, or security concerns to management.

- Attention to detail when sorting items for quality and value
- Physically able to stand, bend, lift, and move bins of clothing
- Reliable, responsible, and respectful team players
- Strong interest in Goodwill’s mission
