Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while supporting store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. This role supports the vibrant TJX family culture across retail stores, emphasizing honesty, integrity, and respect.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations

- Retail customer experience preferred
