Job Summary
Operate and maintain ROQ/Workhorse/M&R automatic apparel presses on the second shift. Set up and calibrate presses, load/unload garments on a 16-paddle carousel, monitor ink flow and screen tension for consistent image quality, and use heat flash units/tunnels to cure inks. Perform finishing duties such as catching, folding, and stacking finished products. Conduct visual inspections for alignment, color accuracy, and blending, and track production counts via a work tablet. Communicate with first-shift operators during hand-offs to troubleshoot performance and collaborate within a three-person team to maximize throughput. Requires physical stamina for a 10-hour shift in a warm industrial environment; hands-on, detail-oriented approach; willingness to work in a collaborative production setting. Experience with ROQ or similar automatic press is a plus; ability to read and follow digital job tickets on a tablet.
