Job Summary
DTG Operator responsible for operating and monitoring Direct-to-Garment printing equipment to meet daily production goals and quality standards. Duties include loading production batches, monitoring print jobs, inspecting finished products, troubleshooting print issues, performing machine setup and routine inspections, reporting malfunctions, handling ink, maintaining clean and organized work areas, following safety procedures, supporting teammates, cross-training, and training new employees. Requires basic computer skills, strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Shifts include 1st and 2nd during non-peak season with potential weekend work, and variable hours during peak season.
