Job Summary
Apparel Outfitter role focused on delivering legendary customer service and product knowledge to outdoor enthusiasts. Responsibilities include assisting customers with buying decisions by identifying needs, making product recommendations, promoting company programs and promotions, maintaining in-store visual standards, restocking and restaging merchandise, addressing customer issues with good judgment, and supporting other store areas as needed. The position requires enthusiasm for outdoor trends, familiarity with related technologies, and ability to work within a team in a Bass Pro Shops environment. Required Qualifications
- One or more years’ experience in a sales or service environment is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to evaluate customers’ needs and make recommendations based on needs
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations
- Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s specific products is an asset
