Job Summary
Unload product from freight, tag, fold, hang, and price merchandise for sales floor or back stock. Restock items on the sales floor and assist customers and associates with retrieving and loading purchased products. Follow Line Leader checklists, walk-through notes, and merch guides to prioritize shop needs, while coordinating with Specialty Shop Managers on shop moves and mannequin placement. Maintain orderly appearances through general cleaning and organization around store and back stock areas. Work assigned schedules including varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of a high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1-3 months of related experience or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be able to sit, stand, bend at the waist, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, walk, push/pull, lift, talk, and hear with or without reasonable accommodation
- Very heavy work - Exerting in excess of 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or in excess of 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or in excess of 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Willing to do other tasks as assigned by the leadership team and Merchandising Lead
- Work assigned schedule; may include varied hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- This full-time position averages: 40-42 hours/week
