Job Summary
Oversee the apparel department by managing inventory, executing seasonal strategies, and maintaining accurate planograms to meet financial goals. Conduct regular stock checks, coordinate replenishment, and manage clearance and markdown execution to achieve desired sell-through. Implement visual merchandising Gold Standards, ensuring displays are attractive, organized, and stocked according to current guidelines. Provide exceptional customer service by greeting members, answering questions, and resolving concerns to enhance the shopping experience. Train and influence the apparel team while maintaining compliance with club policies and safety standards. Requires 2-3 years of retail experience in apparel or fashion with familiarity in merchandising principles.
Required Qualifications
