Job Summary
Hang pre-sorted clothing to meet daily production quotas, group and rotate items using the color tag system, and move displays to keep the sales floor neat. Accurately count and report processed items while maintaining a clean, safe work area by following store procedures. Report safety, theft, or security concerns immediately to management and assist with donation processing, sorting, or cashiering as needed. This role requires standing for most of the shift, lifting up to 50 pounds, and strong close and depth vision. Full-time employment offers a starting pay of $15/hour with annual raises, production bonuses, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement.
