Job Summary
Brand-aligned apparel graphic designer to concept and execute graphics for in-house apparel line across performance collections, limited drops, lifestyle/athleisure capsules, streetwear-inspired releases, and event merchandise. Responsibilities include creating production-ready files for screen print, embroidery, heat transfer, and specialty finishes; developing cohesive capsule collections; coordinating with vendors on print specs and mockups; and ensuring brand consistency across drops. Collaborates with marketing to design lookbooks and launch visuals; researches fashion and fitness trends; translates inspiration into original, non-replicated work; aligns design language with brand energy and community. Must have 2+ years apparel graphic design experience, a strong portfolio, proficiency in Illustrator & Photoshop, and experience producing print-ready vector files. Preferred: experience with fitness/athleisure brands, screen printing techniques, overseas manufacturers, embroidery specs.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years apparel graphic design experience
- Portfolio showing apparel-specific work (not just digital graphics)
- Strong understanding of Garment construction basics
- Strong understanding of Print production
- Strong understanding of Fabric behavior
- Strong understanding of Streetwear and performance aesthetics
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Experience preparing print-ready vector files
